He began his career in special effects makeup in 2007 and has accumulated over a decade of professional experience. His credits include Stephen Chow’s The Mermaid, The Curse, The Tag-Along, Reversal, and Who’s the Victim, serving as Special Effects Makeup Director. He is also an adjunct lecturer in the Department of Art at the Changhua University of Education.The main focus of his creative work is the deconstruction and expansion of time and space in images. He conducts innovative experiments by using dynamic images, thus attempting to stretch our thinking and imagination of our place of being. Chang received the NEXT ART Tainan in 2021, received the Taiwan Emerging Art Award in 2019, exhibited at the Taipei Digital Arts Festival in 2018, exhibited at the Taipei Art District Festival in 2017, and received Austronesian International Art Award in 2016, exhibited at Street Fun, Fun Street – MOCA Taipei X Chifeng Community Art Exhibition in 2014, resided The Stock 20 Resident Artist Group in 2014, screened at the Rotterdam Video Festival in 2013.
