How to Enter & Submission Process

1. Download and print the templateDownload and print the red envelope template via the link below:https://drive.google.com/file/d/1HNm_lWX-vWXGGrC0ocZoZK6dvPJHDO9z/view?usp=sharing Please print on thick paper.

2. Creation guidelinesTake the template home and create your artwork freely.

   You may use any suitable medium, including (but not limited to): colored pencils, watercolor, markers, felt-tip pens, collage, and mixed media.After completing your design, you must fold and glue along the lines to assemble a finished red envelope product.Unassembled templates or flat layouts (not glued) will not be accepted.

3. Mailing method (finished product only)Please mail the completed and assembled red envelope to:

Mailing notes:

• Do not fold or crease the artwork. (Recommended: protect with thick cardboard.)

• Do not mail while the artwork is still wet/damp.

• Each participant may submit one (1) work only.Please write on the back of the mailing envelope: name, age, category, contact phone number, and instructor/teacher (if any).

Categories

Entries will be judged separately in three categories:

• Preschool Category: under 6 years old

• Youth Category: elementary to high school (including junior high)

• Adult Category: 18 years and above

Entry Fee

Entry fee: NT$500 per participant.Payment method: PayPalPayPal account: Cartellino888ntu@gmail.com

If a non-Taiwanese participant wins an award, medal production fees and shipping will be charged; international shipping is approximately USD 80.

Licensing for Winning Works

Winning participants must agree to the following:

• Winning designs will be uploaded to the FamilyMart FamiPort system for public browsing and paid printing during the event period.

• Winners grant a royalty-free (non-paid) license to the organizer (DIEYING ARTS) and the partner platform (FamilyMart FamiPort) to use the work for:

  • FamiPort listing and printing

  • Organizer and partner websites

  • Social media, press releases, exhibitions, promotions, printed materials, and related publicity

• The license is limited to non-commercial promotional display and public printing experience; it does not include artwork sales or resale licensing.

  By entering, participants are deemed to have agreed to the above licensing terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate.

Award Certificate Delivery

After the jury completes evaluation, award certificates will be mailed to the address provided on your entry/payment form.
