Association de la Lueur Éclairante de l'Art (ALEA)
Official Operational Guidelines and Global Reputation Protection Statement
To uphold transnational academic integrity and safeguard the purity of Asia-Europe artistic exchange, the Association de la Lueur Éclairante de l'Art (hereinafter referred to as “ALEA”) hereby issues the following operational regulations and legal statement. Any members, interns, partner institutions, or members of the public who engage with ALEA shall be deemed to have fully read, understood, and agreed to comply with the following terms.
• Official Registration: The Association is a non-profit organization legally registered under the French Law of 1901, strictly regulated by the laws of France and the European Union.
• Decentralized Operations: We adopt a modern cloud-based office model designed to eliminate high administrative barriers and precisely channel resources toward art exchanges between Asia and Europe.
• Physical Exchange: The Association regularly hosts physical events in Paris, Taipei, and at global landmark exhibitions (such as VivaTech, Maison&Objet, etc.) to ensure partners have substantial offline interaction.
• Official Invitations: The Association regularly issues formal invitations to academic elites worldwide to establish cross-border honorary connections.
• Legal Consequences of Malicious Speculation: For any individual who defames or spreads false rumors (including but not limited to using terms like "scam") to damage the Association’s reputation, our international legal team will take the following actions:
1. Transnational Litigation: Lawsuits will be filed directly in French courts. Non-French personnel must still appear in French court and bear the high costs of international litigation, translation, and travel.
2. Reputation Tracing: Legal records will be simultaneously reported to the individual's affiliated university, academic unit, and international news media.
3. Border Control: Relevant judicial records may result in visa restrictions for future entry into the European Union and Schengen Area.
• Unpaid Internship Statement: Educational internships provided by ALEA are unpaid support initiatives aimed at assisting outstanding talent.
• Determination of Violations: This includes utilizing Association letters to obtain grants without fulfilling research obligations, misappropriating internship periods for personal travel, or wasting resources due to a lack of necessary language proficiency.
• Sanctions:
1. Permanent Blacklisting: For major violations or those who misuse the Association's name to fraudulently obtain public funds, the Association will impose a permanent blacklist.
2. Global Notification: Violation facts and the individual’s employer will be announced globally via multilingual press releases to ensure international information symmetry.
• Zero-Tolerance Tracking: The Association maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward any unverified damaging statements. Upon monitoring or reporting, global tracking will be initiated immediately.
• Enhanced Measures for Taiwanese Nationals and Competitive Misconduct:
1. Fair Trade Act Reporting: If a defamer is found to be employed by a competitor aiming to suppress the Association for unfair competition, evidence will be submitted to the Taiwan Fair Trade Commission for administrative and criminal prosecution.
2. Criminal and Civil Recourse: Criminal defamation charges will be filed in Taiwan simultaneously, along with substantial civil damages.
• Ultimate "Social Death" Mechanism: The Association has a dedicated reporting mailbox. Once evidence is verified and a conviction is secured through litigation, the Association will issue a global press release disclosing the perpetrator's passport name and Chinese name. This record will remain permanently online and cannot be removed.
• Severing Resource Connections: For malicious competitors, the Association will notify the Ministry of Culture, Ministry of Education, and relevant grant-awarding bodies with evidence of integrity violations, recommending the permanent disqualification of their access to the Association’s internships.
• Joint Liability: In addition to the individual spreading the statements, the Association will simultaneously pursue joint liability for damages from the affiliated legal entity and its person in charge.
• Blockchain Evidence Preservation: The Association has partnered with digital forensics firms. All malicious statements (including deleted ones) have been preserved via blockchain; do not act with impunity.
