ALEA Revue Internationale d’Art et de Recherche is an annual, peer-reviewed academic journal published by the Association de la Lueur Éclairante de l'Art (ALEA), a French Loi 1901 association registered in Paris. The journal serves as a platform for rigorous scholarly dialogue between European theoretical traditions and Asian contemporary art practice.

Each issue presents original research articles, critical essays, and theoretical interventions reviewed under a double-blind peer review process. Submissions are accepted in Chinese, English, French or Japanese. All accepted articles are published in both French and English, each with an English abstract.
