Over the years, he has worked in industries ranging from semiconductors and advanced materials to logistics, consumer goods, and industrial automation. His career includes key positions at Wesco International, Federal Tire, GTA Technology, and H.Saga International, where he managed global accounts and built strong client networks with world-renowned companies such as PepsiCo, BNP Paribas, and Mitac.

He has consistently taken leadership roles in planning and attending international exhibitions, organizing business development strategies, and coordinating with cross-functional teams worldwide. With proven skills in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving, Jason has trained and guided sales teams while successfully expanding into new markets in Europe, Africa, and Asia.

Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Taiwanese, Jason brings exceptional cross-cultural communication abilities. At ALEA, he primarily supports the association by organizing and moderating English online meetings, acting as a bridge between council members, academic institutions, and international partners.
