Education & Early Career
Graduated from the National Institute of the Arts (now Taipei National University of the Arts) in 1994.
Immediately joined Cloud Gate Dance Theatre of Taiwan after graduation.
Professional Experience
1996 – 2006 Principal dancer with City Contemporary Dance Company (CCDC), Hong Kong.
Performed at international festivals in the U.S., Germany, U.K., Singapore, France, Israel, Denmark, Australia, and India.
1996 – 2001 Member of DanceArt (South Group) in Taiwan; choreographed and performed numerous works.
Awards & Honors
2000 Received the Hong Kong Dance Alliance Award for her performance in “Summer Solstice” by Helen Lai.
2003 & 2006 Listed among the “Hong Kong Outstanding Dance Artists.”
2003 Granted a Full Scholarship by the Hong Kong Jockey Club to study at the London Contemporary Dance School.
International Collaboration & Performance
Invited to perform with Random Dance Company, Akram Khan Dance Company, and Protein Dance in London.
2006 Choreographed and performed “Formosa” for the Curcible Dance Company (Germany).
2007–2008 Commissioned by Unlock Dancing Plaza (Hong Kong) to co-create “Firebird” and “Firebird II – Seeing the World with Heart” with Yeung Bo-ming – both received the Hong Kong Dance Award (2009).

Contributor to Dance Journal/HK and Performing Arts Review (Taiwan).
Served as Dance Project Assessor for the Hong Kong Arts Development Council.
Current Position
Professor, Department of Dance, Taipei National University of the Arts (TNUA).
Continues to teach, choreograph, and develop cross-cultural performance projects bridging Asia and Europe.
