Frequently Asked Questions
Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
Q: Who is eligible to apply? A: In alignment with our mission to foster global artistic transcendence, this call is open to all, regardless of nationality, seniority, or medium. We welcome submissions in painting, sculpture, mixed media, photography, digital art, and installations. Whether you are an emerging talent or an established artist, this platform is dedicated to elevating your creative vision.
Q: Am I responsible for arranging the shipment to Japan? A: You are required to ensure that your work arrives at our Tokyo reception facility and is formally confirmed by the deadline of May 9, 2026. To facilitate the international circulation of your art, the return logistics will be fully managed and covered by the Japanese corporation. In essence: outbound shipping costs are your responsibility, while the return shipment is provided by the organization.
Q: What is the application process? A: We have designed a streamlined protocol to ensure professional rigor: (1) Submit your application and fulfill the first-phase fees. (2) Dispatch your work to Tokyo for official jury review. (3) Results will be announced in early June. (4) Selected artists will then fulfill the second-phase fees to finalize their participation. We shall oversee the remaining operational complexities on your behalf.
Q: Are the first-phase fees refundable? A: The first-phase fees (NT$38,000 / approx. USD $1,200) are non-refundable. This contribution is essential to cover the administrative engineering of the review process, registration, artwork handling, and the sophisticated logistics involving international transit and on-site curation in Tokyo. The second-phase fee is only required upon the successful selection of your work.
Q: What documentation will I receive? A: Certainly. Every participating artist will be issued an official Certificate of Participation and professional photographic documentation of the exhibition. These serve as prestigious assets for the enrichment of your professional portfolio and academic curriculum vitae.
Q: How can I reach out for further inquiries? A: Should you require any additional scholarly or logistical clarification, please contact us at culturalhomedecor1111@gmail.com. Our team remains at your full disposal to assist you in this pursuit of excellence.
