1. 文章長度須為 300～1000 字，禁止貼上社群文、廣告稿、純網址內容

2. 圖片限橫式、清晰，禁止上傳去背圖、Logo 圖、直式圖，違規圖片將刪除

3. 禁用縮網址（如 bit.ly），系統將視為錯誤

4. 成功投稿後，系統會將文章副本寄至填寫信箱

• Articles must be between 300 and 1000 words, written in formal press-release style

• Images must be landscape-oriented and high-resolution
  ❌ No logos, cut-out images, portraits, vertical formats, or watermarked photos

• Shortened URLs (e.g., bit.ly, tinyurl) are not allowed and will trigger a system error

• Upon successful submission, a copy will be sent to your email

• 引用未經查證內容、內容農場文章，或短時間大量投稿洗版

• Threatening, defamatory, hateful, or inciting illegal activity

• Infringement of intellectual property, trade secrets, or personal data

• Claims related to medical efficacy, pharmaceuticals, supplements, or regulated health products

• Promotions involving insurance, high-return investments, crypto assets, or lending

• Politically sensitive, pornographic, violent, gambling, or misleading content

• Use of unverified sources, content farms, or excessive repeated submissions

• 編輯將於 2～4 個工作天內完成審稿（不含例假日）

• 不接受催稿或指定刊登日期

• 未通過審核者將退款並刪除稿件，恕不另行通知說明

• Submissions are manually reviewed within 2–4 business days (excluding holidays)

• Expedited requests or specific publish dates will not be accepted

• Unapproved articles will be deleted and refunded without further notice
