The biggest change in the workplace in recent years is remote work. The overseas development project of "Die Ying Art Culture" recently signed a talent development agreement with the Hong Kong company "Feng Hua Global", allowing Taiwanese college students or graduates majoring in art and design to participate in talent recruitment. They have the opportunity to conduct remote professional internships in overseas companies while in Taiwan and give full play to their professional expertise in art design and drawing. The target age is 22-35 years old. College students with advanced English proficiency or alumni of related majors can sign up for the recruitment. Relevant details will be announced on the official website of Die Ying Art on the recruitment process and list.
Art and design talents from Taiwan who participate in the recruitment will pass the initial data review and the second interview with the company, and will be assigned to a group of elite startups ranked by Forbes 30under30, and companies located in the United States, India, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Malaysia, France, the Netherlands, Finland, Mongolia, Hong Kong, Norway, Germany, Vienna and other places according to their resumes and expertise. They will also conduct short-term remote art and design internships with outstanding creators selected as "Future Art and Design Stars" from other countries.
According to statistics from 104 Job Bank, the annual salary of graduates from art and design majors in Taiwan is much lower than that of other industries. In addition, working hours are not proportional to salaries, and competition is relatively fierce. The creativity of art and design talents is even more difficult to quantify in the workplace. The "Future Art and Design Star" program aims to enhance the career advancement opportunities of Taiwanese art and design talents. It selects applicants based on their expertise so that they can find positions where they can bring out their strengths in art and design. Through this short-term internship training, students can enhance their competitiveness in the workplace, improve their resumes, and truly implement their ideals and creativity in their work. They can also work with elites from all over the world in promising companies, so that college students or alumni have the opportunity to become the change you want to see in the world!
Gu Qijun, founder of Butterfly Art Culture, said: "Breaking through oneself outside the classroom is the most challenging. If art and design talents want companies to see their talents, all they can do is seize every opportunity and completely break away from fantasy and put it into practice. This plan will not be short-term. We hope that more and more graduates will join in the future. Let us contribute through our own practice and see the changes in the world."
Ying-Yan Mai, founder of Fenghua Global, said: "The mission of Fenghua Global is to nurture the next generation of young leaders by providing high-quality career education and virtual overseas internships. As a pioneer in providing virtual overseas internships, we have successfully cooperated with more than 170 companies from more than 60 countries and cities, and helped 5,000 young people around the world improve their employability. We are looking forward to working with Butterfly Arts Culture to give more outstanding Taiwanese artistic talents the opportunity to display their strengths and realize their dreams."
Art design talents generally specialize in drawing services and design services. This program will target different types of specialized designers, such as UIUX design, graphic design, illustrators, typography, packaging design, brand design, etc. Artists can be more diversified and gain valuable overseas training experience in a low-cost way. They will also have the opportunity to apply their works to the products of the training company during the 90-hour training period and apply them to their actual personal resumes. This is a very rare opportunity.
The program is expected to be officially launched on January 10, 2023, and the registration deadline is January 30. Students or art design creative talents who are interested in participating can also first inquire about registration information, submit the preliminary examination document review process and understand the content of the training company's vacancies in advance through the Butterfly International Development Facebook fan page, paving the way for their future art career in advance.
